1.Purpose of IR Activities and Basic Stance
Tokyu Community regards its IR activities as a means to provide its shareholders and investors with an opportunity to understand the actual condition of its corporate management and activities to gain a fair appraisal of the value of the Company. The basic stance of the Company is to strive to manage the Company to be an excellent investment object and to accurately, correctly and timely inform its shareholders and investors of the status of corporate management and activities, in an effort to respond to the confidence and expectations of the shareholders and investors in the Company.
2.Criteria for Disclosure
The Company discloses its information in accordance with the timely disclosure rules set by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Information that is not required to be disclosed by the relevant laws and regulations is actively disclosed also.
3.Information Disclosure Method
Information disclosed by the Company includes its financial reports and other documents submitted to the Finance Bureau, the Ministry of Finance, information disclosed through the disclosure system operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TDnet) and data provided at meetings for the briefing of corporate activities. Business reports are forwarded to the shareholders to keep them informed of corporate business conditions.
Posting on this website of information that is disclosed through TDnet management is performed 12 hours after disclosure. This is in accordance with the relevant ordinance on disclosure requiring disclosure 12 hours after facts are disclosed to the press. The time to post in this website may be greatly delayed beyond 12 hours due to preparations for posting.
4.Future Outlooks
