Tokyu Community was first established as Tokyu Real Estate Co., Ltd., a building management firm, in 1970 in line with the rapid increase in residential buildings that followed after development along the Den-en-toshi train line. Tokyu Community currently specializes in condominium and building management while also offering a range of lease, construction and management services.
Tokyu Community was listed in the 2nd section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 1998 before being listed in the 1st section in 2000.
